This purpose of this document outlines telecommunications service providers and customers' responsibilities for Installation, Testing and Maintenance of Facilities. Included are acceptance and maintenance test parameters for DS-1 and DS-3. Other optional tests and Job Aid diagrams are included to indicate logic steps for testing B8ZS and AMI signals. Where applicable, this document may address NGN aspects.
