Applies to single toothed edge hacksaw blades of the following types as indicated for hand or power use: low alloy steel flexible types, for hand use; high speed steel - all-hard and flexible types, for hand use; high speed steel - all-hard type for power use; bi-metal type for hand use and bi-metal type for power use.
