BS 4461:1978

Requirements for rolled steel bars other than plain round bars that have been cold worked to such an extent that their yield point has been eliminated. Covers deformed high yield steel bars in grade 460 only and gives weldability requirements. Does not include bars for use as lifting hooks for reinforced concrete members.
