The 2nd edition has been substantially rewritten and reformatted and gives clear and practical guidelines on how to interpret and comply with CDM, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994. One of the first books to reference the revised Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) issued by the Health and Safety Executive. All questions have been revised and new questions added, clarification of the ACOP is provided within the questions where appropriate.
