Code of practice for legal admissibility and evidential weight of information communicated electronically

This code is primarily concerned with the authenticity, integrity and availability of electronically communicated information, to the demonstrable levels of certainty required by an organization. It is particularly applicable where this communicated information may be used as evidence in disputes inside and outside the legal system.
