Details test and examination criteria for household cooking gas appliances for use with natural,manufactured and mixed gases, liquefied petroleum gases and LP gas-air mixtures. The standard defines a household cooking gas appliance as an appliance for food preparation incorporating one or more cooking function(s). Cooking functions are defined as (1) baking,(2)broiling,(3)top surface cooking,or(4)top surface grilling.
