Data Protection Update Guide

The Data Protection Guide provides the complete set of current data protection publications and will be updated throughout the year. Includes guidance for the implementation of the Act itself and also deals specifically with areas such as email policy, database management, subject access and e-commerce. The guidance has been prepared with the assistance of the Office of the Information Commissioner and representatives from UK industry, local government and the NHS. Includes: Data protection risk Assessment model (CD-ROM) and ring binders.
