IEEE NESC HBK-2017

The Premier Edition Handbook represents a next-generation tool for the professional who needs to understand the NESC. Contributor commentary gives users insight into what lies behind the NESC rules and how users might apply them. Unlike earlier handbooks, this new edition includes a representation of the Code*, with history and commentary** interspersed and coincident with the representative Code. Discussed in the history and commentary are the development of the rules in the Code and the response to change proposals during the past 90 years.
