1 Scope

1.1 This measurement method covers electrical equipment such as switchboards, panelboards, industrial control panels, meter socket enclosures, and motor control centers, rated 1000 V and less, that are intended to be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, and optionally marked by the manufacturer with an available incident energy rating at a corresponding working distance in accordance with the Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace, NFPA 70E.
